Gloom and Doom - Changing Your Business Mindset

All this negativity is like kryptonite to Superman ... it will drain your strength and confidence if you let yourself be exposed to it for too long. As a business coach, my advice is to limit your exposure to this radioactive and toxic negativity. As fast as a speeding bullet, chose to escape from the kryptonite news cycle. If necessary, limit yourself to no more than 30 minutes of real news a day and then be done with it. Instead, commit to elevate "up up and away" from this negativity and "save the day" ... particularly in regards to your business and sanity.
In Business - Everything Counts Including The Little Things

The first rule - When you offer services and products to others you are in business. This applies even if you are 19 and cutting lawns to earn extra money. As business owners it is our duty and obligation to provide the best service. The second rule that you show gratitude anytime you can - Derik, the subject of this blog, obviously does not know either rule. Because if he did, then he would still have me as his customer.

Customer service always remains in your control even in the event of disaster or other circumstances. Lack of communication will lead to a lack of customer (or the ones you have they will be upset).

Mr. Do it All: How to Save Time and Money by not just looking at price

We all do it. A chore comes our way and then we put it off just to have to deal with it again in the near future. Recently I discovered that professional painters are really a lot like professional coaches. We each make our jobs look easy and along the way we help to declutter our clients issue. My issue happened to be a small spare bedroom that needed to be painted.
