The first rule - When you offer services and products to others you are in business. This applies even if you are 19 and cutting lawns to earn extra money. As business owners it is our duty and obligation to provide the best service. The second rule that you show gratitude anytime you can - Derik, the subject of this blog, obviously does not know either rule. Because if he did, then he would still have me as his customer.
